SHOTCRETE SERVICES

Spray. Set. Secure.

Spray. Set. Secure.

High strength shotcrete for excavations, slopes, vertical faces, infrastructure builds and many other applications where standard concrete pours are inaccessible.

Why Shotcrete?

Shotcrete is sprayed at high velocity and compacts on impact, forming a dense, high strength layer that bonds directly to rock, soil or existing concrete. It needs no formwork and doesn't depend on access for a pour. It goes where concrete needs to go.

The two methods wet or dry and ability to be reinforced with steel fibres or mesh, makes the concrete adaptable to everything from large scale ground support to precise structural repairs.

Wet or Dry Mix?

Wet or Dry Mix?

The two spray methods give you the right fit for every job.

Wet mix pumps ready mixed concrete for high output and low rebound, making it ideal for large excavations, tunnels and retaining walls. Dry mix adds water at the nozzle, giving the flexibility to suit smaller jobs, repairs and stop/start work.
Built to Specifics

Built to Specifics

Strength and durability built in from the start.

Shotcrete typically reaches 30–50 MPa, using fine aggregate up to 10 mm and admixtures such as accelerators and silica fume. It can be reinforced with steel mesh or with steel or synthetic fibres.

FAQS

Frequently Asked Questions

We provide concrete boom pumping, line pumping, and shotcreting, allowing us to support a wide range of site conditions, pour sizes, and access requirements.
Boom pumps are best suited for large pours and sites requiring extended reach, while line pumps are ideal for smaller pours or areas with limited access that require flexibility.
This is a method of application using a high-velocity hose. It is commonly used for ground support, retaining walls, swimming pools, slope stabilisation, and structural reinforcement in civil projects.
Yes. Our team is experienced in working across a variety of site environments, including restricted access areas, uneven terrain, and technically demanding placements.
Accurate placement, reliable equipment, and experienced operators reduce waste, minimise delays, and help ensure concrete is delivered exactly where and when it is needed.
